cleaning of the Koi Dome

To clean your koi dome simply follow the steps below.

To evacuate the water from the koi dome, position the float end of the evacuation pipe into the very top of the koi dome and blow sharply into the other end, you will see an airspace appear within the koi dome, hold the end of the evacuation pipe out of the water to allow air to be sucked through the pipe and into the koi dome, the water level inside the koi dome will fall and drain back into the pond, this will take around 3 minutes.

Once the koi dome is empty, lift the dome off the Floatation ring and place upside down on a soft grit free area, clean inside the koi dome with a soft cloth to remove any algae.

To re install the koi dome follow the Installation procedure.
